This Waiver and Launch is for the benefit of Pinspiration Franchise Group, LLC d/b/a Pinspiration, a Delaware confined liability company, (the “Organization”) and all of the corporate’s franchisees and licensees, and any and all in their respective officers, administrators, managers, proprietors, workforce, and agents (hereinafter collectivel
